To visit Euriowie is to step back in time. 

The crushing plant for Mount Euriowie mine is set into the side of a steep hill, overlooking barren but colourful hills on the opposite side.  Euriowie township is located at the foot of picturesque but equally barren Moun Pintapah.

A few scattered headstones in the saltbushes are all that remain at the Euriowie Cemetery.
