A complete record of burials from 26th October 1867 to the present day are retained by the District Council of the Copper Coast (next to Town Hall), Taylor St, Kadina.

There were of course funerals prior to 1867, but the actual records are not available, as the names of the interred were not kept before the permanent record book was obtained, or if kept were burnt in the Sexton’s house in early 1867 when a fire swept through the cemetery and burnt everything.
