LITTLE BOY LOST

Little Chris 3yrs & brother Sam 2 yrs looking for father coming from town, went in wrong direction and became lost.

Chris went into virgin bush, Sam was left on the edge of paddock where he was found. Chris was thought to be following the moon, thinking it was the light of his home.

He was lost from Saturday late noon to early Wednesday a.m. East of Salmon Gums.

Found by his father who picked him up as he was gasping his last breath.

The Mallee’s most unforgettable tragedy.
