 "Two acres of Crown Portion 38, County of Grant, Parish of Yowang was reserved in 1862. A further 2 acres was reserved in 1863 in lieu of the 1862 site and burials took place until about 1895. " The cemetery was opposite the Sutherlands Creek Presbyterian Church (as it was then).
